Practice Sessions:

Tuesday is our Freestyle day, a lot of freestyle moves and takedowns will be taught. We will focus on chain wrestling for freestyle which will help them later in their collegiate season. Tuesday we will get some freestyle live wrestling in. Most of this is going to be on our feet.

Thursday is our Greco day, we get in a lot of live wrestling in both Greco and Freestyle, and it is the time when the kids can really work their moves. Much pummeling is done on this day and teaching the kids how to properly use their hips and use them for better wrestling position.
