14th Annual Hulbert Novice Classic

Wrestling Tournament

DATE:         Saturday, December 10, 2011

PLACE:       Hulbert High School Gym, Rider Lane

FORMAT:  One-day session tournament as follows:

                   DIV. I (6 and under) Weigh in at 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M.  Wrestling                                   starts at 9:00 A.M. until completion.

                   DIV. II (8 and under) Weigh in at 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M.  Wrestling                                  starts at 9:00 A.M. until completion.

                   DIV. III (10 and under) Weigh in at 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.                                       Wrestling starts at 2:00 P.M. until completion.

                   DIV. IV (12 and under) Weigh in at 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.                                       Wrestling starts at 2:00 P.M. until completion.

                   DIV. V (15 and under) Weigh in at 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.                                                  Wrestling starts at 2:00 P.M. until completion.

SPECIAL WEIGH-IN FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. AT HULBERT HIGH SCHOOL GYM FRIDAY NIGHT FOR ALL DIVISIONS.

RULES:       Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association and National

                   Federation of State High School Association.

                    High School Rules

                   Sudden victory overtime                          

                   No shows are out of the tournament

                   Birth certificate upon request        

                   All referees will be licensed

                   Number system will be used

AWARDS:  Individual medals 1st through 4th in each weight and division;

                   Team plaques DIV I-IV (1st and 2nd place)

ENTRY FEE:  All entries must be entered on line at www.okwrestle.com no later than WEDNESDAY, December 7, 2011 10:00 PM.  The entry fee will be $15.00 per wrestler, per division.  20 or more wrestlers $12.00 per wrestler, per division.  All entry fees must be paid at weigh-in; one check per club, please.  No refunds on no shows.

There will be a lunch provided for Coaches (ONLY) from 12:00 - 1:00.

COACHES’ PASSES:               ADMISSION:               

          1-5 (entries) = 1 pass      Adults- $3.00

          6-10 = 2 passes              Students-$2.00

          11-15 = 3 passes              5 & under free

          16 & up = 4 passes

INDIVIDUALS WITH WRIST BANDS ONLY WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO FIGHTING

          NO TABACCO ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING

          NO MISTREATMENT OF CHILDREN WILL BE TOLERATED
