All entries must be received no later than 10:00 P.M. WEDNESDAY December 7, 2011.

Team entries must list each wrestlers first name (not initial), last name, division and weight. Double check your weights and divisions there will be no changes after entry. Include city, team name, phone number and contact person with entries. For additional information, contact Teresa Coleman at (405) 306-3957.

ENTRY FEE: $12.00 per wrestler. $3.00 Gate Fee. All entries must be paid as a team at weigh-in. Entry fees are non-refundable. Coaches pass one per five entries.

WEIGH-IN: In the Activities Center, Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. and Saturday, December 10, 2011 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. Wrestlers must wear singlet at weigh-in. All heavy weights must weigh-in. NO COACHES OR PARENTS will be allowed in weigh-in rooms. No weight allowances will be given. Use of plastic suits or plastics of any kind during weigh-in are forbidden. Violators may be disqualified with no refund. All shoelaces must be secured or taped when wrestling.

ELIGIBILITY: Cut off date of September 1, 2011. Wrestler must be able to show proof of date of birth if questioned. Any complaints or questions should be addressed before 8:00 A.M.

DIVISION II - 8 & UNDER:

DIVISION III - 10 & UNDER:

52, 55, 58, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 85, 90, 100, 110, 120, 131, Hwt.

DIVISION IV - 12 & UNDER:

64, 67, 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, 96, 100, 105, 110, 120, 130, 140, 160, Hwt.

DIVISION V - 15 & UNDER:

78, 86, 94, 102, 110, 118, 126, 134, 142, 152, 165, 185, Hwt.

Maximum weight of 275 pounds for all divisions.

AWARDS: Medal for 1^ST, 2^ND., 3^RD., & 4^TH. PLACE IN EACH WEIGHT.
