Session Times:    I and III – 9am to completion (approx 2PM)

     II, IV and V – 2pm to completion (approx 6PM)

  

Weigh-in:     Div I-V – Friday- 29th, 6pm to 8pm & Saturday- 30th, 7am to 8am  DIV I & III

                           Div III, IV, V – Saturday- 30th, 12pm to 1pm

 

Entry Fee:     $15 per wrestler.    Make checks payable to Junior Comet Wrestling. Due @ Weigh-In

Entry Deadline:   Wednesday, January 27th - 10PM

Admission: $4 Adults $3 Children & Seniors

Periods: Division I and II:  1, 1, 1          Division III, IV, and V:   2, 1, 1          All Consolations:   1, 1, 1

Overtime: (1) 1 minute period       (2) 30 second periods (1) 30 second ultimate tiebreaker
Awards: Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th places

 

 

Format/Rules:

Ø       Must weigh-in with singlet on

Ø       Shoelaces must be taped or have lace guards during matches

Ø       Oklahoma High School wrestling rules will be followed

Ø       Double elimination

Ø       All decisions of the official are final (sanctioned by OKWA)

Ø       Age protests must be supported by birth certificates

Ø       No challenge for second

Ø       We may combine weights if necessary, 3-man round robins

Ø       Child abuse, abusive language, and improper conduct will not be tolerated
